Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,685 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR17, TUB, and ADCY5. Each is linked with MAGT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGT1 versus WDR17 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
