MAGT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-839P, MIR6853, and MIR6075. Each is linked with MAGT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-839P grouped by MAGT1-low versus MAGT1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
