Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with MAGT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGT1 results are reported.
