Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,083 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Protein targeting to lysosome involved in chaperone-mediated autophagy. Each is linked with MAGT1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway grouped by MAGT1-low versus MAGT1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
