MAGOH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGOH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,107 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGOH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, RFC2, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with MAGOH in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGOH-to-partner and partner-to-MAGOH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGOH versus NASP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGOH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGOH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
