Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGOH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,700 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGOH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYAB, PLCB4, and CAV2. Each is linked with MAGOH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGOH-to-partner and partner-to-MAGOH results are reported.
