Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGOH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGOH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P15, RBAK-RBAKDN, and NOL12. Each is linked with MAGOH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGOH-to-partner and partner-to-MAGOH results are reported.
