Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGOH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGOH-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP1, UTP11, and PPIH. Each is linked with MAGOH in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGOH-to-partner and partner-to-MAGOH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGOH versus USP1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGOH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGOH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
