Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGOH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,101 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGOH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, CENP-A containing chromatin assembly, and Negative regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with MAGOH in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGOH-to-partner and partner-to-MAGOH results are reported.
