Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGIX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,222 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGIX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP473, BNIP1, and ZNF200. Each is linked with MAGIX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGIX-to-partner and partner-to-MAGIX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGIX versus RNA5SP473 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
