MAGIX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGIX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGIX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-21, CCNG2P1, and LINC02304. Each is linked with MAGIX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGIX-to-partner and partner-to-MAGIX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-21 grouped by MAGIX-low versus MAGIX-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
