MAGI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,125 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGI3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAGI3_S659, LRBA, and RBM47. Each is linked with MAGI3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGI3-to-partner and partner-to-MAGI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGI3 versus MAGI3_S659 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
