MAGI3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGI3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,585 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3R3, S1PR2, and CYP4Z1. Each is linked with MAGI3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGI3-to-partner and partner-to-MAGI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGI3 versus PIK3R3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
