Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAGI2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAGI2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MAGI2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAGI2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where MAGI2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
