MAGI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,340 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAAM2, CNRIP1, and LRCH2. Each is linked with MAGI2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGI2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
