The most reproducible MAGI2-AS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Proton transmembrane transport, and Electron transport chain. Each is linked with MAGI2-AS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGI2-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGI2-AS2 results are reported.
