Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAGI2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAGI2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MAGI2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAGI2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where MAGI2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
