MAGEL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,762 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, PCOLCE, and C1R. Each is linked with MAGEL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEL2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGEL2 versus SERPINH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
