MAGEL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,945 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FDFT1, ZNF367, and PBK. Each is linked with MAGEL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEL2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FDFT1 grouped by MAGEL2-low versus MAGEL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
