MAGEL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCN3, C5orf49, and GPR63. Each is linked with MAGEL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEL2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UCN3 grouped by MAGEL2-low versus MAGEL2-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
