Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,458 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC26A1, FARP1, and SULT1A1. Each is linked with MAGEH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEH1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEH1 results are reported.
