Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,150 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, Golgi vesicle transport, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with MAGEH1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEH1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEH1 results are reported.
