MAGEF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 554 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, KIAA0586, and TRIP11. Each is linked with MAGEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGEF1 versus GNPNAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
