Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 498 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FGG, GPR155, and HNRNPA0_S280. Each is linked with MAGEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEF1 results are reported.
