MAGEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, HSPD1P13, and MIR4451. Each is linked with MAGEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by MAGEF1-low versus MAGEF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
