Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,843 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGEF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Protein sumoylation, and DNA repair-dependent chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with MAGEF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEF1 results are reported.
