Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, SEPTIN7, and SEC24A. Each is linked with MAGEE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEE1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEE1 results are reported.
