MAGED2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,075 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGED1, MAGEH1, and TCEAL8. Each is linked with MAGED2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGED2 versus MAGED1 in CESC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
