MAGED2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,618 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HUWE1, ACAP1, and DOCK1. Each is linked with MAGED2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGED2 versus HUWE1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
