MAGED2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,171 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX8P, EEF1A1P40, and ESS2. Each is linked with MAGED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSX8P grouped by MAGED2-low versus MAGED2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
