Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, p21, and PCNA. Each is linked with MAGED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED2 results are reported.
