Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGED2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, DPT, and C16orf92. Each is linked with MAGED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED2 results are reported.
