MAGED1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,245 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGED2, OTUD5, and GPKOW. Each is linked with MAGED1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGED1 versus MAGED2 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
