Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,189 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35A2, SLC39A7, and ANKRD29. Each is linked with MAGED1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGED1 versus SLC35A2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
