MAGED1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,932 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD1-1, MIR4515, and MIR8068. Each is linked with MAGED1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD1-1 grouped by MAGED1-low versus MAGED1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
