MAGEC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, cIAP, and C-Raf. Each is linked with MAGEC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEC3-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MAGEC3-low versus MAGEC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
