Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, OR2M4, and OR2H1. Each is linked with MAGEC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEC3-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEC3 results are reported.
