Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,347 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase chromosome alignment, Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with MAGEC2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEC2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEC2 results are reported.
