MAGEC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNP3, RPS2P39, and MIR5583-1. Each is linked with MAGEC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEC2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNP3 grouped by MAGEC2-low versus MAGEC2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
