MAGEC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEC2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCL161, Fludarabine, and Teniposide. Each is linked with MAGEC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEC2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCL161 grouped by MAGEC2-low versus MAGEC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
