MAGEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTAG2, RNFT2, and MPV17L. Each is linked with MAGEC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEC1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTAG2 grouped by MAGEC1-low versus MAGEC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
