The most reproducible MAGEB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein folding, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Regulation of protein localization to cell surface. Each is linked with MAGEB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB2 results are reported.
