MAGEB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPD, PDHA2, and GOLGA6L1. Each is linked with MAGEB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIRPD grouped by MAGEB2-low versus MAGEB2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
