Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEB17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,059 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Positive regulation of translation. Each is linked with MAGEB17 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB17-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB17 results are reported.
