MAGEB16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEB16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB16-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFR2, p27, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with MAGEB16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB16-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
