MAGEA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,611 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRA3, MAGEA4-AS1, and LINC01194. Each is linked with MAGEA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA4-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGEA4 versus GABRA3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
