MAFTRR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFTRR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,225 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFTRR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLMAP_S235, ABAT, and ERI3. Each is linked with MAFTRR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFTRR-to-partner and partner-to-MAFTRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAFTRR versus SLMAP_S235 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFTRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFTRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
