MAFG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,288 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPLOC4, TC2N, and GMPR2. Each is linked with MAFG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFG-to-partner and partner-to-MAFG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
