Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,510 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC2B, FCER1G, and IFI16. Each is linked with MAFB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFB-to-partner and partner-to-MAFB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
