The most reproducible MAFB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Endosome organization. Each is linked with MAFB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFB-to-partner and partner-to-MAFB results are reported.
